Na noite do dia 15/05/2007, os estudantes da UNESP de Marília ocuparam o prédio administrativo, no qual se encontra a direção da mesma, sob as reivindicações estudantis tiradas em assembléia, bem como em repúdio aos ataques do governo Serra à autonomia universitária e a reforma do ensino superior propagada pelo governo Lula!
Completamos hoje (16/05/2007) mais de 24 horas de ocupação, com mais de 100 alunos, sem previsão de retirada:

Franco Maria Lajolo, vice-reitor em exercício, assinou um termo de compromisso, no início de maio(3), em reunião realizada com a comissão de negociações, que garantia que os estudantes não sofrerão nenhum tipo de retaliação e que não haverá qualquer tentativa de reintegração de posse enquanto a ocupação permanecer.

Reivindicações inaceitáveis!
Como ex-aluno dos cursos de Filosofia e de Direito da USP, gostaria que todos refletissem sobre as motivações inaceitáveis que estão por trás dessa invasão da Reitoria. Um grupo de alunos decididos a manter privilégios daqueles que usam a Universidade pública como um meio de vida em si mesmo, e não como um instrumento para se tornarem cidadãos produtivos da sociedade. É sabido que centenas de ex-alunos (ou pior! pessoas que nunca foram alunos, como membros do MST!) ocupam indevidamente moradias no Crusp, assim como é sabido que milhares de alunos improdutivos matriculam-se com o único objetivo de desfrutar dos benefícios que a Universidade oferece (bandejão subsidiado, clube, hospital etc.), tornando-se "alunos vitalícios" da instituição. Por outro lado, se nos afigura injustificável o repúdio ao ivestimento privado e a recusa ao critério estritamente meritocrático para o ingresso na USP: as universidades americanas, as melhores do mundo sem dúvida alguma (basta observar os indicadores de produção científica) sobrevivem através de uma forte parceria com a iniciativa privada. A Universidade deve ser um meio de se gerar conhecimento e tecnologia, retornando assim à sociedade o financiamento que esta lhe propicia! Não pode ser um instrumento para privilégios, nem baluarte de defesa de ideais derrotados pela história!
Certamente o princípio constitucional da autonomia universitária existe, e talvez os decretos do Serra sejam mesmo questionáveis sob este aspecto. Agora, o que não é admissível é que um grupo de alunos e funcinários tome este fato como pretexto para defender propostas inaceitáveis e irrazoáveis tais como:
a-)Arquivamento do processo de modificação das regras para cancelamento de matrícula (com o objetivo de proteger os alunos que nada produzem academicamente e apenas utilizam a universidade como meio de vida)
b-)Formulação de projeto a longo prazo para a moradia. Construção imediata de 600 vagas (é sabido que muitas das vagas no Crusp são ocupadas por ex-alunos ou pessoas estranhas à universidade, como membros do MST e outros movimentos sociais)
c-)Nenhuma punição em relação à ocupação da Reitoria (a ocupação em si mesma é um ato de força ilegal, tanto assim que existe ordem judicial para a desocupação. Por outro lado, já há evidências de danos ao patrimônio público, violação de documentos sigilosos e outros ilíctos cometidos pelos ocupantes, que deverão responder pelos atos praticados nas esferas penal, administrativa e cível. Se a Reitora ssim não proceder, estará prevaricando e incidindo ela própria em ilicitude: no Estado de Direito as regras devem valer para todos!)
d-) Autonomia dos espaços geridos e ocupados pelos estudantes (não se pode pretender criar uma "zona franca" na universidade, onde as regras de Direito não sejam aplicáveis; na realidade , por trás desta reivindicação evidencia-se a intenção de praticar impunemente os mais variados ilícitos, como o tráfico de entorpecentes)
e-) retrirada de todos os processos de sindicância administrativos e judiciais movidos ou em andamento contra estudantes e funcinários (objetivo eminentemente corporativo: porque estas pessoas devem ter o privilégio de não responder por atos que tenham praticado? Qual a justificativa para esta defesa da impunidade?)
f-)Lutas por ações afirmativas - mudança radical na concepção de Inclusp para garantir o acesso real de negros e pobres à universidade (a inclusão social é uma meta a ser perseguida, mas o critério de ingresso em uma universidade deve ser sempre meritocrático, sob pena de perder-se a condição de centro de excelência produtor de conhecimento, com prejuízos no longo prazo para toda a sociedade, inclusive os "excluídos" que se quer beneficiar)
g-) Retirada da polícia doninterior do Campus (a presença da PM é garantia de respeito à segurança das pessoas, integridade do patrimônio público e respeito à lei)
h-) Reabertura do campus para todos 24 horas por dia (quando o Campus era aberto, a deterioração do espaço público da universidade acentuou-se, assim como a prática de ilícitos em seu interior)

I went to google.com/trends to see what keywords are hot right now.
I found the term Shauna Raisch. It was “Volcanic Hot” (as hot as you can get)
